Welcome to Natural Body Mechanics, the massage therapy practice of Paralee Leonard, MA, LPC, LMT, ART.   As a practitioner of over a decade and a half, I offer educated and experienced therapeutic manual therapy and massage.  Techniques for repair and relaxation include Active Release Technique (ART), Maya Abdominal Therapy, orthopedic massage, structural integration, Lomi Lomi (Hawaiian Traditional Massage) among others.

I am located in the Highland Medical Building at 1951 Bench Road. You can enter through Urgent Care doors, wait in the skinny part of the Intermountain Medical Clinic waiting area (by DISI office) and I will come to get you at your appointment time.
